Position statement on the revision of the Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FinfraG)

The VAV supports the proposed amendments to the FinfraG in principle, particularly where they take account of technological developments and strengthen the stability and competitiveness of the financial centre by adapting to the further development of international standards. However, there is still room for improvement in some aspects of the draft law.
